Frequently asked questions
Why is my webcam not working?
Check that no other app (Teams, Zoom) is using it, that the browser has camera permission and – on laptops – that a privacy switch or key does not disable the camera.
Is the video recorded?
No. The image is only shown in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Why is the resolution lower than advertised?
Many webcams deliver full resolution only with good light or a lower frame rate; USB hubs can also limit it.
