How to use it
- Pick a start and end date to count days, calendar weeks and working days.
- Choose a German state to exclude its public holidays from the working-day count.
- Use “Add or subtract” to find a deadline: e.g. 14 working days from today.

Frequently asked questions
Is the end date included?
By default no – from Monday to Tuesday is 1 day. Tick “Include end date” to count both days (2 days), as for holiday periods.
Which holidays are excluded?
Nationwide German public holidays plus the statutory holidays of the selected state. Holidays that apply only in some municipalities (e.g. Assumption Day in parts of Bavaria) are not excluded.
How are months added?
Adding one month to 31 January gives the last day of February – the date is clamped to the end of the month.
